Who we are

Joyelo is a companion robot product in development by AXIS AI ("we", "us"). This website exists to introduce Joyelo and to invite families to join our early access list and pilot program.

What we collect on this website

Only what you choose to give us through the early access form:

• Your name and email address
• Who you are (for example, an adult child or a senior) and optional details you share, such as home type and whether a one- or two-robot setup interests you
• Anything you write in the optional message field

This website does not run advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment information — nothing is sold here.

How we use it

• To reply to you and, with your consent, send pilot invitations and launch updates
• In aggregate and without identifying you, to understand what kinds of homes and setups families need — this directly shapes the product and its pricing

We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

• Every update email includes an unsubscribe link
• You may ask us to delete your information at any time — reach us through the form on this website and we will confirm deletion

How privacy works in the Joyelo product

Joyelo is still in development, but its privacy principles are fixed and public — they are described in full in the Safety & Privacy section of our homepage: family sees well-being status, never a live camera; everyday audio and video are processed to understand and respond, not stored as a watchable archive; and the senior — not only the buyer — controls sensing and sharing, and can revoke both at any time.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and note the new date. Material changes affecting people on our early access list will also be sent by email.
